How Does The Rebate Program Work:

When Sherina Barnes represents you as your Buyer’s Agent, she agrees to credit you 20% of the total Buyer’s Agent Commission at closing.

For example, if the Sherina Banres is receiving a commission of 3% of the sale price, then 20% of the 3% commission will be credited to you at closing.
